October 8th- Our Power Lunch! We are having Jambalaya! Its going to be too Bombay! Huh?! Too Bombay! (Thats for you Mitch). The night before (October 7th) we will be helping Melinda prepare our delicious, scrumptious, tasty, mouth-watering, yummy (in my tummy), appetizing, luscious, delectable, succulent, scrum-didily-umptious, sabroso, gustoso, exquisito, apetitoso, rico, suculento, and over-all pretty decent meal.

 

October 20th, There is a Skillet and Hawk Nelson Concert on this night. So prepare yourself breakfasts and eat hardy, for tonight, we dine.... Well actually you should have dined at home before this shindig starts. We're going to be meeting at the church at 6:15. The concerts start at seven and will probably go until elevenish. So if you are going to need to leave before this then you should either take your own car or arrange for your parentals-o to pick you up from Mcgee Park. Tickets are 270 pesos (or 20 dollars for those of you who are not awesomely bilingual like Ashley and me and are not up to date with international currency), sign up and pay in the living room by October 11th.

 

October 21st, Instead of bible study we will be listening to Becca Mullin talk about Howard Payne and college, how to get money and such for college in general. So for those of you planning on going to college, you should come! It will be at 7 o'clock in the celebration center. Parents are welcome too.

 

October 25th, PARTY!!!! AT THE CHURCH'S!!!! This is our Crash Aftershock. "Crash! Wa- oh! Savior of the universe!" Sorry I had to break into song for a quick moment. The Church's live way out yonder so we have to leave by 5:15 so we can get there before it gets too el- darko outside. The PARTY at the Church's will be a bonfire/fellowship/party/something/fiesta/dinner-o. No, not dinero sorry, not made of money over here. We will be back by 8:30 which means the party will be over at precisely 5:16 and 32.8 seconds. Just kidding we don't know what time it will be over. Since we are going to be back at 8:30.

 

October 30th, Our first (and last) fifth quarter!!! After the FHS football game! I like that it is after the FHS football game instead of PV football game, don't you Smashley Nix? Nope I sure don't. Actually yeth I do! Haha I love being the one typing (says Carlisle) because I can make Ashley say whatever I want. Pancakes! Be there to stuff your face with bacon! And PANCAKES-O!!!
